A Board engaged August Advisory to course-correct a risk management framework redesign that had lost direction. With limited resources and a GRC system project already in motion, we took a step back - aligning strategy, purpose, and values as the true north.

By engaging the Executive Team in real conversations about the value of risk, we identified pain points and built a two-phase program that reconnected Risk, the Board, and the business.
